Shipping Policy


We are a print on demand company, all products are made to order. We print in house, hire and use outsourced manufacturers to print our graphic designs for speed and quality. Some items will ship separately.


Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We work hard to ship orders out within that time frame. However, this is susceptible to change during peak seasons, such as Christmas and Mother's Day.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8.95 flat rate shipping to United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Because all apparel is made custom for each order we do not accept returns or exchanges on apparel and custom merchandise.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect size chosen, change of heart, etc. Please make sure that you use our sizing charts or contact us via email if you're unsure before purchasing. An email will be sent upon ordering to verify that the order is correct and a 24 hour grace period is given to correct any errors.

If for any reason there is a defect in our product, customer has approximately 10 (calendar) days from date of package receipt to notify us of the defect. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Additionally, we are not responsible for shopping issues relating to lost/stolen packages, delayed shipping, and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc).
